1. Acceptance

By using QuoteForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

QuoteForge is a SaaS platform for generating, managing, and sending professional quotes for contractors. Features include AI line-item suggestions, branded PDF generation, digital approval, and deposit collection.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate business information.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not issued for partial months.

5. Your Data

You own all data you enter into QuoteForge — quotes, customer information, and templates. We do not sell your data.

6. AI Features

AI-generated line items are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing all quote content before sending.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuoteForge is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or inaccurate AI suggestions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may export your data before cancellation.
